• Help with getting them qualified so they know the price range they can get a loan
• Understand what the Buyer wants in a home
• Work hard to find that perfect home
• Write and negotiate the offer on behalf of the buyer and follow through until it is closed, and the Buyer has the keys

What Sue does for the Sellers:

• Main job is to price the house right
• Helps stage the home to look its best for marketing --- (how we live in our homes and how we prepare them to sell in the shortest amount of time for the highest price is often different)
• Aggressively market the home
• Negotiate the offer on behalf of the seller
• Follow the paperwork through closing

Sue's Thoughts on Real Estate

In 1980, Sue began her real estate career. She loves her job and creates long-term business relationships with her client through exceptional service. Sue not only wants to be known as their friend; but, also as their "Realtor for Life". Sue loves helping people make one of the major financial and emotional decisions of their lives. It is rewarding- and it is also a big responsibility that she takes seriously. Sue is committed to make everything run as smoothly as possible. She believes that people should be treated fairly and with respect; therefore, it is her goal to treat others ash she expects to be treated.

Sue's Background

Sue was born in Central Florida. She married her high school sweetheart, Tim. Tim was in the Air Force when they married, and they traveled throughout the United States. Both fell in love with Washington and settled in Western Washington for 30 years. In 2005, they decided that it was time to dry out and refamilarize themelseves with the sun, sky and stars. Remembering how much they loved Moses Lake and the surrounding area, they looked that direction and moved there.
